Uniquely, the surveyor himself will guide clients of RBR through our onboarding process right the way through to the reduction.
Acting as your sole point of contact the surveyor will promote our transparent working practice answering all questions and concerns you may have, leaving you at complete ease.
CCA - Check, Challenge, Appeal
The introduction of the 2017 List, saw a new method of appealing business rates known as CCA, reflecting its key three stages: Check, Challenge, Appeal. This process has continued into the 2023 List.
When handling clients cases the surveyor will assess the hereditament to make sure the business rates are fairly assessed using our wealth of data and expertise. Where it is believed that rates are unfairly assessed the surveyor will take the appropriate action navigating the CCA process on behalf of the client.
Whats The Benefit to Using RBR?
Business Rates themselves are complex and with the long appeals process can become very frustrating. Being experts in this field we aim to relieve this stress from our clients providing an effective service.
The service is based upon a no win no fee agreement. The agreed percentile fee will only be billable once RBR has confirmed receipt of the monies returned to the clients account.
